EXTRA CREDIT OPTION-  DUE DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED.  
       1. Locate one Psychology related article from a news source. Any topic is acceptable as long as it relates to our course.  It does NOT need to be something we covered, but must be a psych topic. 
examples -(please do not use these articles)

 You can use newspaper sources online or you can google Psychology news sources and you will find several websites that provide news in the psych world.   

    2. Print the article.  
    3. Write a summary of the article. The summary should include the basics so that the reader is informed.  Also work in how this relates to our course, why this is important, how it can be used to advance something we know about humans,  and ultimately how can it be applied.( In other words, it's usefulness) Remember the general goals in psychology - 
D E P I  =   Describe  Explain   Predict   Influence

4. Include at the top of the page the source information.  You can use a journal template such as:

Date:
Author:
Source:
Topic:

5.  Staple the article UNDER your writing.  TURN in.
